Electronic Waveform Lab, Inc. (EWL) is the sole developer and Manufacturer of the H-Wave® Instrument. In 1981 EWL introduced this completely unique device and discovered unmatched success in rehabilitation and pain control. Since that time H-Wave has built its reputation as one of the most unique and effective rehabilitative treatments in the country. We are dedicated to keeping the finest professional athletes in the game, managing the chronic pain of thousands of patients, and improving the quality of rehabilitation. Electronic Waveform Lab is a private corporation, and the founder of the company is still the active president/CEO today. The company was started in Southern California and the corporate offices remain in Huntington Beach, CA. We are also proud that all manufacturing of the device is done at our factories in the United States.

Our products are used by Doctors, Therapists, Trainers, and Patients at home throughout the entire country. Though the technology employed in the H-Wave device is unmatched, we at EWL realize that the best product in the world has no value without the proper levels of instruction and service. With this research and one of a kind technology H-Wave has had other achievements. Besides the management of chronic pain and rehabilitation uses, H-Wave has developed other unique applications. H-Wave is extremely effective in treating symptoms of TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction), and nearly two decades ago EWL pioneered the development of electronic dental anesthesia. The same H-Wave technology used in our medical products can be applied intra-orally to achieve a strong anesthetic effect. H-Wave has clearance to perform amalgams, composites and even crown preparation procedures with nothing but H-Wave for anesthesia!
