Sales Consultant

H-Wave is a multi-functional electrical stimulation device intended to speed recovery, restore function, and manage chronic, acute or post-operative pain. It is a non-invasive drug-free alternative treatment option without harmful side effects. This unique technology stands apart from other electrotherapy modalities such as TENS, which only masks pain while the device is on, and traditional muscle simulators; which use harsh signals and fatiguing muscle contractions to re-educate muscle. Whereas H-Wave is a rehabilitative device that focuses on addressing the root cause of symptoms and providing lasting, cumulative benefits; which patients can feel long after the device is taken off.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales goals
  • Territory management
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
  • Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure with effective time management
  • Develop and act on plans which identify opportunities within current client base and help formulate sales strategies
  • Manage expenses and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, clients and their staff, administrative staff, etc.
  • Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to clients
  • Probe to understand and confirm client’s needs, handle objections and gain commitment
  • Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities
  • Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific clients to gain sales leads, and pursue opportunities to promote the company’s product range
  • Respond to client requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner
  • Educate clients to ensure that products are understood and used effectively
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships within company to ensure maximum sales support and maintain a high level of client service
  • Contribute to the development of a strong team effort
  • Ensure a professional standard of written and verbal communication
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge
  • Participate in product and skills development programs, managing own self development

What you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years sales experience required
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales role; indicating a high level of sales performance in a highly technical, competitive environment
  • Consistent success working in a variety of business conditions
  • Demonstrated skills in sales planning, organization and execution
  • Sales management or sales training experience
  • Top 10% past performance
  • President’s Club or equivalent
  • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management
  • Continual self-development
  • Computer (PC) literacy
  • Must have a valid driver’s license. In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application.
