The opportunity:

H-Wave is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager reporting to the COO.  This person is responsible for managing the Personal Injury (P.I.) department by facilitating positive relationships with law firms, handling lien reduction negotiations, following up on payment statuses, and creating P.I. analytics to report to the appropriate staff as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  •  Lien Reduction Negotiations
  • Maintaining positive relationships with law firms
  •  Creating opportunities for business development
  •  Following up with funding companies on overdue accounts
  •  Monitoring trends with settlements
  •  Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
  •  Servicing Law Firms too educate them on the H-Wave device
  •  Maintaining up to date department reports for executive teams
  •  Continuing education on negotiations and state laws
  • Creating detailed ad hoc reports in an efficient manner to support and keep regional sales directors and executives informed of trends (law firms, payments, laws, settlements, reps)
  • Developing and collaborating ideas, techniques, and processes for department growth
  • Traveling as needed
  •  All other duties as assigned


  • Bachelors preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • 2 years of prior Personal Injury industry experience
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a manager position required
  •  Proficient in Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook
  •  Must be flexible, a team player, and work and communicate respectfully with other departments
