Training and Development Manager

The Opportunity:

The goal of the Training & Development Manager is to identify and execute on training needs of the organization. The primary role would be to research, develop, design, manage, and implement all company-wide training initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities

· Examine, redesign, execute and refine the existing Sales and Product Training Program for all newly hired sales representatives and strive for a best-in-class sales team training and development program.

· Collaborate with Sales Leadership and HR team to develop and execute a program that includes ongoing sales development and training modules and presentations for all sales team members.

· Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop specialized training and development modules for deployment at Regional, Mid-Year and Annual Sales Meetings.

· Help revamp (with functional leaders and the HR team) our company-wide onboarding program to continue to strive for a best-in-class program.

· Develop a toolbox of materials include eLearning, participation guides, worksheets, and videos to support all learning objectives.

· Utilize feedback loops to drive engagement on learning programs and work cross-functionally to ensure successful rollouts.

· Direct and evaluate a new-hire onboarding program that blends on-the-job training with direct teaching/coaching from the Regional Operations Managers, Leadership Team, and Regional Sales Directors.

· Serve as a subject matter expert on all H-Wave processes, procedures, and device information.

· Identify and implement metrics to track success of learning and development initiatives.

· Other Duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

· 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or similar working experience

· Project management experience to handle complex projects and priorities

· Highly Motivated, Productive, Independent & a Self-Starter

· Excellent verbal and written skills

· Excellent facilitation skills including comfort level of presenting in front of people virtually and in-person

· Must be willing to travel overnight up to 25% of the time
