Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Within the United States
H-Wave has FDA clearance to ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses (for military personnel). Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS.
Shipping Outside the U.S.
No shipments outside of the U.S. at this time.
During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter your zip code. The exact shipping charges will be calculated at this time.
Shipping Cutoff Time for Orders
Orders will ship out same-day when received by 1:00PM PST Monday through Thursday, or 9AM PST on Friday. Orders placed after these times will ship the next business day. **Holiday hours may affect available business days. Holiday hours are displayed on our Contact Us page.
3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early AM orders must be received by the shipping cutoff times (listed above) to guarantee on-time delivery. Available on in-stock items only.
Once your order ships you will be sent a UPS or USPS tracking number so you can track your package. The H-Wave H4 Medical Device will only ship upon receipt of the signed prescription from your treating physician.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your H-Wave, return it for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price.
Rent-To-Own Plan Option
If you choose the Rent-To-Own Program for the prescription H4 device, you will be billed for each month that you have the device until the full value of the H-Wave is reached (10 months paid), or until the device is returned. If the device is returned before the full value is paid, any remaining months of the rental program will not be charged. You are responsible to make sure your credit card is in good standing. If your credit card fails and your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to bill the entire amount owed to your credit card and/or turn you over to an accredited collection agency. The rent-to-own plan option is only available to customers with a US billing address.
TotalCare Program Details
H‑Wave TotalCare provides a lifetime supply of reusable electrodes, replacement accessories and device repairs for the original purchaser’s individual use only. Device replacement provided at the discretion of H‑Wave and is not applicable for lost devices or model upgrades. Replacement electrodes and accessories are obtained by calling 1-800-US HWAVE (1-800-874-9283) or emailing email@example.com. H‑Wave reserves the right to limit the amount of supplies shipped to each TotalCare customer. The limit is at the discretion of H-Wave and is typically 2x the average customer usage.
If you are not seeing results with your device, please contact your H-Wave consultant to discuss alternate treatment options or call customer service at (800) US HWAVE. If you would like to return your device, a UPS bag with a pre-paid mailing label will be provided at no charge. Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (800) US HWAVE for return instructions. Allow 1 week for processing, once your item is received. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account if returned within 30 days of initial purchase date.
If you need repairs to your H-Wave for damages not covered under warranty, please email customer service at email@example.com or call (800) US HWAVE for a return authorization number and return instructions. Once we receive it, we will contact you with a quoted price for repairs and return shipping (if applicable). When we receive your approval, we will make the repairs and ship your H-Wave back to you.
H-Wave is covered by a no hassle warranty for 1 year. If your device fails for any reason during the course of normal use, we will repair or replace it for free. Our warranty does NOT cover abuse or water damage. For warranty service or questions during the warranty period, call customer service at (800) US HWAVE.
It is our goal to always maintain adequate inventory levels to satisfy demand for our products. However, in the event that your product is backordered, you will be notified at the time of your order. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. Some items may be shipped separately as they become available. If your order ships separately you will not be billed additional shipping and handling for this second shipment.
